At the very popular New Horizons event held at the museum on Thursday 25th April, our Chairman Petronella announced a new initiative called Spacehive Crowdfunding. The Society would like to raise £10,000 to fund the architects fee to design a new front for the former Business Centre. We already have designs for the interior which the architect needs to bring up to RIBA 4 stage, and design a frontage. We can then go for planning permission and further applications to major funders.
